You must be at least 13 years old to use My Study Sets.
My Study Sets does not charge for any feature and never asks for payment information. Because nothing is ever purchased, there is no refund policy: there is nothing to refund.
You're responsible for keeping your password private and for what happens under your account. One account is meant for one person. You can delete your account yourself at any time in Settings. Accounts inactive for a long stretch may be automatically deleted; see the notice on the sign-up page for the current policy.
Sets, terms, definitions, quiz questions, and the pictures you add to cards belong to you. By creating them, you confirm you have the right to use that content: don't paste in material you know is copyrighted and don't have permission to use, such as questions copied from a paid test-prep product or pictures taken from a textbook or paid course. We may remove content, or suspend an account, that violates these terms or the law.
The "Explain this term" feature uses an AI model to generate explanations on the fly. AI-generated text can be inaccurate or incomplete, so don't treat it as your only source when studying for something that matters, like an exam.
This is a small, independently built app provided "as is," with no guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Features may change or be discontinued at any time.
To the extent allowed by law, My Study Sets and its developer aren't liable for indirect damages, or for lost data, arising from your use of the app.
If these terms change in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
